Ageia offers cottage living for adults who seek an independent lifestyle. The cottages are situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, adjacent to our Retirement and Assisted Living Community.

Our two bedroom cottages are comfortable and spacious, having approximately 1300 square feet of living area. Each comes complete with a built in microwave, dish washer, stove, refrigerator and a washer and dryer. They have electric central heating and air conditioning, with a gas fireplace in the living room. The front door entries have covered porches. In addition, there is a patio located off the living room.

The attached garage with remote opener makes it convenient to park a car inside and has a side entry door opening into the cottage. There is cul-de-sac parking available.

Residents living in cottages also have access to a wide variety of amenities in our lovely Retirement and Assisted Living Community, only a short walking distance on campus.
