Ageia Administrative Offices Located in Bend, Oregon

Founded in 1999, Ageia Health Services and its related companies provide a range of health services, including assisted living, independent living, private home care, alzheimer’s and dementia care. In addition Ageia owns a temporary staffing and permanent placement agency. The company currently owns and operates three assisted living communities and one independent living community located in Oregon and Washington.

Ageia’s strategic intent is to become
a dominate regional provider of assisted living and independent living by focusing on acquisition opportunities that allow for future facility growth and expansion to a campus that features continuum’s of care.

AGEIA MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kevin Cox – President/CEO

After receiving a BS degree in Healthcare Administration & Business from Oregon State University in 1993, Kevin began his career in healthcare as an Administrator of a nursing home in Cottage Grove, OR. In 1996 Kevin joined Avamere Health Services (formerly Genesis Healthcare) as an Administrator, later becoming a Regional Manager and partner in the company. In 1998 Kevin left Avamere to become the Chief Operating Officer of SunRiver Living Centers. Within 2 years Kevin was promoted to President and CEO where he served for 4 years prior to the company selling. In 1999 while working for SunRiver Kevin formed Ageia Health Services to manage his first property. In 2004 after the successful sale of SunRiver Kevin left the company to focus his time on Ageia Health Services.

Kevin is an active member of the Oregon Health Care and Washington Health Care Associations.

David Meisner – Regional Director of Operations

David has over 20 years of Senior Housing experience ranging in positions from Certified Nursing Assistant to Regional Director of Operations. David has worked in Nursing Homes, In-Home Care, Residential Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Communities. David joined Ageia Health Services in 2004 as the Administrator of Southtowne Living Center. David’s present position, Regional Director of Operations is the pinnacle of his career and one he derives much satisfaction. David maintains a close connection with each facility, providing leadership and training for administrators, department heads, as well as general employees. His experience provides appreciable depth of understanding about the needs and pressures connected with serving on the frontline. A mentoring style that is patient, yet firm, encourages growth in individuals and produces measurable results.

David is actively involved in the Oregon Health Care Association and is currently the President of the Lane County Alzheimer’s Association.

Petra Sokolova - VP of Marketing and Design

Petra brings to the Ageia team nearly a decade of experience in the advertising world. After receiving a four year degree in Packaging Design and an additional AA in Graphic Design, she was employed in many varied positions within the advertising industry and eventually worked her way up to owning and successfully running her own agency in Olympia, WA. As many before, tired of the rain, Petra relocated to sunny Bend 4 years ago.
Her position at Ageia suits her perfectly as it offers a variety of responsibilities and requires top speed as well as a can-do attitude. Petra is responsible for planning and coordinating all of Ageia’s firms’ advertising strategies, media planning and purchasing, generating campaigns, creating and overseeing the production of all collateral materials, as well hands on sales management. She works closely with each facility to ensure that an individualized marketing concept is implemented based on the needs and demands of each location and its unique market base. Her newest challenge has been motivating each marketer and assist them in their sales efforts.
Petra was born in Prague, Czech Republic and although she has lived in the USA for over 10 years, she still considers herself a proud European.
